We have been active as an investing and advisory entrepreneur since 2012. We focus on fast-growing early-stage companies in the Cleantech, Telecommunications, Internet and/or IT sector that are active in the B2B market with an ambition to go international.  Through our resources, know-how and network in combination with an investment, we can make a substantial contribution to the growth of the company. Our investment horizon is at least 5 years.

In addition, we offer general advisory services in the field of financing, purchase/sale, (re)structuring and corporate governance. For example, we advise in situations where agreements between shareholders need to be adjusted to make financing possible.

We are also specialized in providing advice on how to set up supervision for early stage companies. This can be done in various ways. Ilmar Hotsma has written a practical handbook on this subject ‘You can’t be a little bit supervisory director, not even at early stage companies …’.
